THE CONSTITUTION

The rules of the universe. Argue with the results, not the referees.

ART. I · ELIGIBILITY

A player suits up for a state if they were born there, raised there, played high school there (non-prep), or played two-plus college years there. Prep-school factories count for nobody; the flag list is public.

ART. II · THE DMV RULE

DC, Maryland, and Virginia players choose one flag and live with it. The district files under Maryland's protest.

ART. III · RATINGS

Players are rated on their play in their respective league. The game is the game. WNBA MVPs outrank NBA role players and the wire will not be taking questions. Dominance is dominance.

ART. IV · RETIREMENT

Recently retired players stay eligible for five seasons. Shallow states get scouting finds, not apologies.

ART. V · STORAGE

Nothing. No accounts, no saves, no tracking. Your roster lives in the link you share and nowhere else.

ART. VI · PETITIONS

Any reader may petition a player's flag: any player, any state but the one he flies. Signatures are tallied and the loudest files reach the league, which ratifies, strikes down, or tables. A ratified amendment moves the default flag only; every player stays selectable for every state on his paper trail. The desk receives more mail than it prints and edits for length and taste.
